About R.D. Hill
R.D. Hill was founded with the simple premise of adopting the “owners” viewpoint, in order to focus attention on the complete process of project management, rather than the special interest roles of various contributors. This “clear-vision” focus is advantageous in understanding how the different parts of the process fit together. Good project management will eliminate waste, excessive cost and delays which result from poor coordination and communications with the project vendors.
Managing a project from the owner’s viewpoint, R.D. Hill’s experience with planners, architects, engineering designers, constructors, fabricators, material suppliers, financial analysts and others, assure successful coordination and implementation of construction projects.
R.D. Hill services cover projects in the custom home, multi-family residential and commercial sector. For a no-cost, no-obligation proposal, contact us today
